"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. "Fantastic property but lacking in service and food quality. We really enjoyed our two night stay but there is a disconnect between the facility and the service. You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."

"Tout s'est relativement bien passé cependant je regrette que, sachant que Meknès rencontre des problèmes de traitement d'eau (coupure d'eau entre 21h et 6h30 du matin), l'hôtel ne nous ait pas mis à disposition des bonbonnes d'eau pour notre toilette et autre (Nous étions 2 dans la chambre) . J'ai déposé une réclamation auprès de la réception (qui n'est nullement responsable de cette situation), seulement voilà la direction elle ne s'est pas manifestée...
