The room was beautiful and comfortable, dinner on the rooftop was delicious and service impeccable. Close to the mosque so be prepared to wake up before sunrise to the sound of prayer calls, which we thought was a good thing to experience, culturally, but some people might be very upset about that.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Riad Yacout. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Meals were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is great after a hot day.

The hotel is in a great place in Meknes, within easy walking distance of everywhere you would want to visit. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but beautiful, bed was a little uncomfortable as it was in two distinct pieces.

Spacious room in a good location

Riad Yacoud was fine for an overnight visit. Its handy to the Medina and a number of other locations to visit. In my first visit to Morocco the bar was set very high in terms of the quality of the Riads i stayed in in Marrakesh and Fez.

Staff did not show us around the property when we checked into our room, we had to ask how to access the rooftop. There was also construction going on in the main floor and the water access in the room was turned off for a few hours which we were not warned about. Very good location, right next to Medina. Street parking, we were able to get spot right next to the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great value.

Great place, traditional moroccan rihad (house), great stuff and a 2min walk to the main square. They helped us organize a trip to Volubilis and Moulay Idriss with a great taxi driver (Mohammed, spoke only French and Arabic) that made us eat local food with him when we asked him. It was 2 of us and price was reasonable but can fill the car up with four people I believe.

Nice location

The property is located on the side of the main road, easy drop off and pick up, did not feel welcome when we arrived, and staff was not present. The property should be a good choice for people who are looking for local style accommodation, absolutely can not be compared to real hotel, flies bugs everywhere, hair on the floor and blanket, overall, just for different experience. Breakfast only offer one boiled egg per person, plus few different kinds of bread, coffee was very disappointing.
