It is close enough to Universal Studios Japan, but not in the middle of the large and loud crowds, as well as close enough to get into the other areas of Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto. "ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower was a wonderful place to stay. We were on the top floor and had a beautiful view of Osaka, which made the experience extra special. The Sky Buffet restaurant was a highlight — great food with stunning city views. The hotel is very conveniently located near subway stations, making it easy to get around. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were very comfortable and well maintained. Overall, it was a great stay and a hotel we would happily recommend."
