「Price was good and the overall look of things was nice, but the mattress was old, the bathroom light switch was placed over the sink. The "breakfast" was nutrigrain bars, small muffins, and hot water to make instant coffee, hot chocolate, and oatmeal. Not much of a breakfast. Based on the clientele I saw around the property, it must be a very affordable place to stay long term.」

I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. 「Nice new fridge with a little freezer. Room was clean and taken care of, nice soft throw blankets on each bed. It did smell a little, I think just from the A/C and we were very disappointed to find out there was no microwave in the room. 」

「We love the staff at this Comfort Suites! From the front desk staff to housekeeping to breakfast management, they are all pleasant, kind and helpful. There were a few glitches: elevator was having issues briefly, but serviced right away, and the AC/Heat & fan unit was a bit loud.
