"Upon check-in, the room was filthy and smelled with cobwebs on the ceiling. We immediately left and found another hotel."

"2nd floor room was spacious but the whole floor smelled like old cigarettes. It is now a non-smoking hotel but the smell is awful. Our room overlooked the lobby entrance and we had to request the desk person to ask the people out there to not smoke as the smell was coming in our room. They were very loud out there until after 11. lots of traffic noise too. Room was decent, clean but smelly"
