「Beautiful Hotel with exceptional amenities」

「The Valet was extremely nice and so were the front desk staff. The rooms are very dated for this price point. There is no mini fridge, microwave and no ice machines on the floors. The bartenders were nice, but the breakfast was expensive and lackluster compared to what’s offered at other hotels. The ceiling showed significant discoloration, staining, peeling, and dark spots consistent with prolonged moisture exposure. The damage was so severe that I did not feel safe staying in the room. 「Pretty clean property. The bathtub did not drain properly, standing water. The parking lot is very small, so they did not have parking for me my 1st night, but did have the remaining nights. The breakfast was average, nothing spectacular. I probably would choose another hotel if I return to the city of Birmingham, AL.」
