「Very clean! Thoughtful amenities. Super cute decor. Two small suggestions to make it perfect: The coffee pot doesn’t function correctly - made coffee but also made a mess. The primary bedroom window curtains aren’t quite big enough for the sliding door and are very sheer. They don’t allow for complete privacy and do not block the street light shining in at night. 」

Besides him everyone else said hi and good morning before any other sentence. I would stay again property is very clean rooms are cozy and its very quiet. 「Room was great, everything was clean and was far enough away from other rooms to actually feel private. Air conditioning worked just as expected and an overhead ceiling fan did the trick if you need a little extra. 」

「Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. 」

「Didn't wake up in time for breakfast. Our room was great all the furniture was new and the room was updated. Only complaint was the floors in the room were really dirty so we had to keep our shoes on the whole time. Mentioned it to the front desk agent and she was very apologetic. Not her fault by any means but she was super sweet. Other than that would 100% stay again. 」

「Room was super clean! Loved the way it was set up, just wished they had sprayed a little bit of scent somehow because it smelled like cigarettes but I took care of it, it wasnt that bad. Overall the stay was amazing and thank you for the clean towels everyday as well! It was well needed. 」

「The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...
