"O hotel já deve ter tido seu auge. O lugar é lindo, a fazenda é bem montada, o quarto muito confortável, os ambientes foram bem pensados… mas está faltando manutenção e funcionários. Não tem ninguém circulando para dar informação sobre cavalgadas, passeios, ou mesmo na sauna, que estava fria e com cara de abandonada, assim como o salão de jogos e o bar do casarão, que nem funciona. Vários ambientes precisando de estofados novos etc. No restaurante os poucos garçons se viram para atender a todos...

"Everything considered, it was a very very good place to stay for 3 nights. My only small complaint is that the place is kind of in the middle of nowhere, and outside of the hotel itself, there is little or nothing to do."

Na unidade ao lado haviam dois homens hospedados que falavam o tempo inteiro, até altas horas, e parecia dentro da nossa. Bem difícil descansar e dormir. "This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel...

"Fiquei na suíte real , tinha dois banheiros enormes , uma sala de estar mas não tinha um lugar para pendurar a roupa, apenas uma cômoda. O salão de refeições é o ponto alto do hotel e os jardins bem cuidados. O casarão centenário é muito bonito mas precisa de conservação.0 local é bem próximo do centro histórico e tem estacionamento o que facilita."

"Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice"
