Decent hotel. I was attracted by the charm of the place, but it didn’t quite meet expectations. We stayed in an annex to the back. However, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were very good. Wi-Fi signal was poor in our room.

Já me hospedei lá várias vezes. Muito bem localizada e com ótimas instalações, só falta ter aquecedor nos quartos, os aparelhos de ar condicionado não possuem essa função. O café da manhã é maravilhoso.

Hotel não tem nenhum aquecimento, nem ar com aquecedor, o pé direito do quaro era altissimo, o que deixa o quarto ainda mais gelado. Pegamos 11º graus. O hotel não está preparado para o frio de Petrópolis. Sei que não tem como colocar aquecedores, mas entao que coloquem ar quente, ou disponibilize aquecedor portátil pra quem quiser. minha toalha tinha um tufo de cabelo preso nela. paguei por uma suite, mas se aquilo era suite, eles precisam melhorar muito. O quarto não tinha manutenção adequada, não é por ser em um prédio histórico, que tudo precisa ser velho e sem manutenção. o café da manhã foi muito bom. bolos deliciosos. Não gostei da experiência e não volto mais.

Razoável. Fiquei bastante decepcionada com o Hotel Casablanca, principalmente por ele ser um hotel de referência em Petrópolis. Achei o quarto bem mais ou menos. Me colocaram no prédio de trás, no quinto andar, quando cheguei havia faltado luz, tive que subir as escadas ate o 5 andar! Eu esperava ficar no prédio antigo. O frigobar do quarto estava vazio. Não quiseram me emprestar o ferro de passar roupa quando pedi (1 x que vejo isso em um hotel).

Um lindo casarão, extremamente bem localizado, mas que aparentemente optou por ser uma opção econômica, que se reflete por um certo descuido e desatualização das instalações. Na minha chegada, uma lixeira ao lado da escada, na entrada da recepção transbordava de lixo - o que quase me fez dar meia volta! É uma boa opção para quem procura bom custo-benefício... e privilegia o custo. Pessoalmente, considero uma pena desperdiçar o lugar, que poderia ser um dos hotéis mais charmosos do Brasil.
