「This hotel really needs a remodel. We were surprised at the higher price and expected much more. Disappointed」

「Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.」

「Bed et bathroom are clean . But floor (rug) and it smell cigarette !」

「We were welcomed immediately upon arrival and had a very comfortable and quiet stay. Our room was very clean and updated. The lounge at the top floor had a limited menu however, very good. They also offer a delicious breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a great view of the harbor and lake.」
