"Room Temperatur at Arrival was set at 65 degrees. At night, we could not sleep because the AC was blasting at our bed and was extremly loud. Breakfast area was so hot that they set up huge and very loud fans blasting at you. Will never stay at Holiday Inn again!"

"The Otis has a very nice pool. Restaurant is just Okay. Honestly, in my opinion, The Otis is a 4-star hotel. Not a 5 star. They apply a lot of fees that you are not aware of. Like a resort fee? This place doesn't feel like a resort. They applied $50.00 to my account for a two-night star. It was use it or lose it. I had to eat on premise. So be aware. Also, parking is very expensive. Not a bad hotel, but also not one I'm looking forward to returning to."

"The parking charge of $40 a night for an open lot is ridiculous which increased my nightly cost by 25%. Will be staying somewhere else next time."

"The Hotel no longer cleans rooms unless you make a specific request. My room was quiet, with a view of a blank fence. There is often no staff around and the service in the restaurant is extremely slow. Because it is a wedding/party venue it can be very very noisy late into the night and there is trash on the porch in the morning. It used to be a nicer place."
