The mattresses were filthy and stained. The sheets were dirty. The kitchen and bathroom were horrible. It was so bad that we (husband and two kids 6 and 3) left the apartment after a few minutes and had to find another accommodation at 20:00"

When we arrived to the hotel, reception was not open and I talked by phone to some customer service and keys came to me by electric lock. When I asked about free parking what we had by hotels.com, they said that "I don't know about that and hang off the phone"... I tried to call again but no answer anymore. I think hotel Otto is 2stars bed&breakfeast hotel in good area."

"The bed just fitted into the sides of the walls with very little room to walk down the side. The supplies of soap & shower gel were very mean. It is not a homely apartment, there are no pictures on the walls. There are lots of rules & the English translation is very bad stating “no physical impurities” must be left, referring to the cleaning. A cleaning fee & city tax is also charged yet walking on the wooden floors makes your feet dirty. The fee has to be left in cash & the host comes into your...
