「Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend St.Leonards Guest House. Lovely room, quirky and very well presented, exceptionally clean and a comfortable bed. Great having the fridge in the room with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Beautiful selection for breakfast. The host Keith was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond during our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation.」

「We were so pleasantly surprised by our stay. We expected a simple hotel that would be all we needed for a location near an event we were attending, but we totally underestimated things. The building is beautiful, our room was clean, well decorated and comfortable, all staff we spoke to were lovely, and both our dinner in the cocktail bar and breakfast in the dining room were good quality.」

「I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire place felt very dated and had a musty, unpleasant smell throughout. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The bedding was poor quality, with worn pillowcases and visible dirty marks (as shown in my photos). This is simply not an acceptable standard for any hotel. The floors were also dirty, with bits of debris everywhere — I felt I had to keep my shoes on at all times. There were also visible cobwebs around the bed...
