Our room was clean, the staff are always polite and helpful, we never eat breakfast and the air conditioning works well. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the hot water is hot and the water pressure is fantastic. We stay here every time we are working in the area.

Went for Auburn game. There were roaches in the hotel rooms. Roaches were on the bed. You can tell that they try to revive this hotel but they should get an exterminator. There is a mildew smell when you walk in the building. The towels were stained. We went to the nearest Walmart and got towels and rags and bug spray.

This is probably the cheapest hotel anywhere near Auburn. For the price it’s not a bad deal at all. The beds and pillows are pretty uncomfortable but it was clean, had decent water pressure, and the AC and TV worked. You get what you pay for with this. It’s not terrible but it’s not as nice as a Holiday Inn

Convenient access from the interstate. Room wasn’t very clean. Crumbs on night stand and desk, blood on sheets and comforter. Employee stated sometimes blood doesn’t wash out but it didn’t look like remnants. Don’t walk on the floor barefoot.

We stayed here during Auburn University Parents Weekend. While the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the value of our stay did not come close to matching the $400-per-night rate we paid. The room appeared to be in significant need of basic repairs, maintenance, and updating. Given that the room typically sells for around $90 per night, the substantial increase for Parents Weekend felt disproportionate to the quality and condition of the accommodations. We understand that rates increase during high-demand weekends, but the price should still feel reasonable relative to the overall experience.

Upon check in went up to the room and the door was left wide open….went down to the lobby to get a new room and instead of speaking to a person had to deal with a “virtual lobby attendant” on a screen at around 9:20pm to get a new room. Very uncomfortable feeling in general and rooms weren’t very clean. The ac unit was barely working and room had a musty smell. I would’ve switched hotels entirely but the weekend was sold out for parents weekend and switching wasn’t an option.

The room was nasty. Floor was dirty. There was no soap at the sink in bathroom. There was a terrible odor. Told the lady at the desk and she just said she would let her manager know. No help to me. Never stay here again.

Old motel type of place. Rooms smelled musty upon arrival and like weed days 2 and 3. Towels not put in rooms one day. Out of conditioner and/or shampoo in dispensers in showers. One room the hair dryer didn’t work. Don’t think they had enough staff because that’s what desk clerk implied upon arrival. Paid premium $$ due to home football weekend in Auburn.
