「Worst night sleep, pillow was like a bath mat. Not enough pillows either. Not enough towels. It had a coffee maker and coffee, but no cups. It was also advertised as a 1 bedroom, but it was a Studio. 」

「We had arrived after taking a long red eye flight at 10 a.m. They got us into a room early and we really appreciated it after being awake for 24 hrs.」

「Every thing was good! The receptionist was very friendly. We booked a family room for two nights, but arrived early and wanted to store our luggage before checking in at 4 p.m. However, the receptionist arranged a room for us at noon, allowing us to have a good rest. Thank you very much 🙏」

「Breakfast was fantastic and the evening reception was very nice. My major complaint was the condition of one of the mattresses in our double queen room. One mattress was fine but the mattress nearest the bathroom was completely broken down ( as if a gang of kids had been using it as a trampoline). 」
