Horrible horrible horrible horrible. If I could give it less then one star I would. Upon walking into the room I was greeted with roaches. After I killed them 10 like 30 more kept coming out through out the night. Phone in the room does not work and there was no blanket or toilet paper in the room. I had to wait 3 hrs just to get that. No one should EVER book here.

The first few times we stayed at the property were not good, but weren't as bad as this last time we stayed. This most recent stay we had the first room they checked us into was completely filthy, food all over the table and counter, no sheets on the bed with mold and stains all over the mattress, there were roaches and roach feces all over the counter and sink area, and the room smelled like nothing but cigarettes and weed. We went to the office and got a new room that was not used but this room was not ANY BETTER. This room was the EXACT same, except this one was not occupied by someone’s stuff. The bed had mold and stains in the new room, the door could be opened with a credit card, the window in the room did not close someone put a spring it looks like underneath it to stop it from being able to close, there was hair all in the shower and sink, roaches all over the place in the bathroom and kitchen area, and to make it better someone was playing loud music until 5am and there were dogs barking in the room below and next to us but they say no animals are allowed in the rooms. We went back to the office to ask for a different room again that didn’t smell like weed and cigarettes and was nasty but they said they didn’t have anymore. Save your money and your sanity and do not stay here. This property is foul and needs shut down, and the staff needs properly trained and to not have attitudes. I took pictures of everything as well.

The beds were flemsy . Gross and the wifi was never working. The room cleanliness would give a 4 nothing looked disinfected or sterile. Even the floor was nasty black feet bottoms. The neighbors were loud all day and night and looked suspicious. Last resort maybe . Much needed improvement.

My receptionist was wonderful very polite and kind. When we entered our room I didn’t expect to see what awaited me,it was infested with roaches everywhere except the refrigerator that where we had to put our clothes we had taken off and we had to put our towels in there as well to prevent the roaches from crawling on them. We also had to keep our suitcases in the car so that we didn’t take anything home with us.my husband asked for clean towels and they didn’t have any so we went to the laundromat to wash them the air conditioning was about to fall off the wall we asked if someone could fix it and was told that second shift was coming on at 7.00 no one showed and we stuck towels in it to prevent rats from entering our room.Saturday I went to the office and asked if the maintenance guy would please come and fix it and they sent a guy that didn’t speak English and I had to try and tell him what the problem was. The only didn’t think it was problem because the last people that stayed didn’t complain.

The room smelled like cigarettes and pot. The toilet deat and toilet paper holder was broken. No toilet paper when i got there. The light fixture cover was hanging down the entire time. There was exposed wiring under the counter for the cooktop. The mattress was horrible. Had to sleep on one side of because it was lumpy. I booked a queen bed and they didn't have any avalible when i got there and wouldnt switch my room. Ac broke 2 times while there was well.
