"The valet staff was rude upon check in. Rushing my daughters when I left to check in. Didn’t provide a luggage rack at check in because they decided we didn’t have enough items. Then at check out again there were no luggage racks to be found. There were never enough luggage racks. This was a frustration for several families. The valet left something on inside my car killing the battery. I had to wait 20 min while they jumped it. Then after leaving I seen the valet staff running to other hotel decks to get cars bc Embassy did not have enough parking. Not a great first stay with this hotel."

"The hotel was clean and in a great location, but the staff is the reason I'd come back. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated how welcoming they were and how much they cared about making my stay a good one. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!"
