The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the front desk staff are amazing. The sheets were ripped on the side on one bed and had some small black marks on the other. Also, it is unfortunate that we could hear the loud neighbors until 2 a.m.

Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Buckhead Place
Upon arrival, was ignored by staff as they argued about who could take their break next. Then, charged twice for parking. When I received my receipt after checkout, I called the hotel directly over one dozen times with no answer. The email provided in the receipt was no-reply@hilton.com.

Ive stayed at this hotel 4 years in a row and this will be the last. Last year,one of the elevators was broken and this visit, the same elevator was still broken.
