The hotel was decent. No microwave in the room, had to share one in the lobby. One of the elevators was not working. However, the breakfast was very good. The staff was horrible! Best Western Athens
The hotel room we were provided was in horrible condition and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. When I went to request a credit the staff said only the manager can approve a credit and he was not available to discuss a refund during our entire stay
