「We were in town for a funeral. Check in was at 1:00 pm and the funeral was at 2:00. We got to the hotel at 12:45 and the reception was extremely rude. She said the room wasn’t ready and we were early. I told her it was no problem, we knew we were a bit early and could wait until the 1:00 check in time. She said that they hadn’t even started cleaning our room and she was mumbling under her breath and be very ugly about it. I explained that we traveled five hours for this memorial service and just...

「Staff was great. Rooms were clean and smelled good. The area was quiet, I used the washer and dryer, they worked well but the outside of the machines and surrounding area was very dirty. It was in a hall way in the outside elements. I would however stay there again.」

「Customizing plans to fit and they were totally flexible. Plus their knowledge of the region and town for things and do and places to go. Very helpful.」

「Everything was in order and it is not some run down house. Big place with a lot of old times interior and wood carving. The outside is big and great for sitting in peace. I liked the location for getting up to the national forest but also to Lake Bistenau and of course around town. 」
