「The Paloma Hotel is a very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Our room was very big and exactly the way we ordered it. Different from other hotels in Ghana all the amenities work like the air-conditioning and the hotel even has an elevator. The Paloma Hotel was the only hotel in Ghana we stayed in with an elevator. 「I couldn't check in, although everything was paid online. They wanted cash payment. After a 15 minutes discussion at 11 pm, after a 10 hours flight, nothing could be solved. They expected me to pay again and complained about Expedia. I had to leave. 」
