"We picked this hotel to stay at before our cruise. One of the best aspects was that they took our luggage from our room to the cruise port. We did not have to deal with our luggage has we were navigating the cruise port. The staff was extremely helpful & informative. The food was good at the bar & the breakfast. We would definitely stay there again; especially if we are cruising out of the Vancouver port."

"The hotel was dated but our room was clean, bedding and linen were clean. Staff were helpful and we had fun in the bar. The heat pump worked well and the room was comfortable, we would stay there again."

"We thought that everything was great- location, staff, amenities which we did not use, cleanliness. The only thing that I found amusing was that when I needed a pen and paper which you can find in any low, moderately or expensive hotel, I found nothing. If a visitor needs a pen or paper, he/she should bring his/her own. $1000 a night will not buy you a pen or writing pad."
