"I had a wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—making it easy to walk everywhere. What really made the experience special was the staff—everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"A nice little stay in Vancouver. We picked the Burrard because it had decent prices and I liked the idea of getting the retro "motel" experience without staying in an actual motel. The place was pretty decent - clean but a bit tired. Housekeeping was okay but a bit unreliable - some days nothing had been touched, and other days the bed was immaculately made. The constant music from the courtyard can get a little annoying, although they did start turning it off overnight on some nights. The overall experience was pretty nice, I liked that they had complimentary snacks and drinks in the reception and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast place round the corner (Yolks) is an absolute gem."

"We had a truly excellent stay . The suite had what it needed . It was quite beautiful . Pillows were great . The pool and spa room didn’t disappoint. The staff were very friendly , the view in the room was incredible . My own complaint is the lighting in the bedroom was dim . And the key cards needed to be replaced very often . It’s like each and every time we left and came back our keys didn’t work . This got very frustrating , waiting for the elevator .. going up just to find out the key didn’t work . Over and over again . This was quite ridiculous . Over all great stay . But the key cards not working repeatedly was rather annoying ."
