Lovely stay

The country house has remarkable views which really make it something special. A short walk to the centre (up a hill). The rooms are slightly dated in style but have everything you need. We were however in an attic room and with the slanted ceiling and shower over the bath the showering facility was difficult but there is a bath option. Overall the views, pool and service make it a wonderful stay.

I like the pool. But the chairs and the lounge were very dirty. The view is amazing. The breakfast is ok. Unfortunately no refrigerator.

Good place to stay

I've stayed here quite a few times, so that speaks for itself. The pool is the big asset plus the views across the valley. It's a bit of a trek up to Assisi itself - about 15 minutes up hill on a road with traffic. If you don't have a car, you need to plan carefully. You can get drinks and basic lunch at the house. It is rustic and that will either frustrate you slightly or charm you. Good price, idyllic setting - I just wish there was a bus or shuttle going up to the town. Very friendly new receptionist who made it end on a good note!

Fantastic view and location

Fantastic settings with great swimming pool and a stunning view. The room needed a bit of a refurbishment. Rooms could benefit from extra pillows, the bathroom was not in great conditions but the location was perfect, 15 walk to Assisi (a bit up hill) and the staff very friendly.

Relaxing under olivetrees close to Assissi.

Beatiful garden and swimmingpool, very pretty houses, nice rooms and atmosphere. A place to relax and feel at home in the sunshine, and right outside the historic and interesting city of Assissi. I hope that I can og back some other time, because this was a perfect holliday!
