「Better than expected experience. Worth the price. 」

「The first room we were given had a VERY HEAVY stale smoke smell. We were switched to another room on the 3rd floor, which was only accessible by a stairwell on the sides of the building as the Elevators have not been working. The side doors had no security locks. Anyone could enter at any time. The TV had no remote and was not hooked up to any type of satellite/cable.」

「I was in the lobby at about 1a sat night/sun morning with a fully paid expedia reservation; no one was at front desk, there was a # to call, Kelly; spoke to her , was very rude said she was not on the property and can’t help me, said expedia is terrible and they “overbooked”; I said that is generally a good problem? she took offense and threatened to call the police to remove me from the premises and hung up. Ouch!! Not a good look, this new to be reported to higher levels. Happy to discuss...

「This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! 」

「Our room was showing its age; most of the furniture was in disrepair and in need of replacement. The laminate was broken and exposed the substrates. Not a good look, we stay at Hampton's as our default lodging, but this was disappointing. The staff was always very good during our stays.」

「Arrived at the hotel at the midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but provides all the things you need.Good place for a one night stay.」

「This is a beautifully restored Victorian Home from the late 1800s. While you are here, it is like you are experiencing the Warren Oil (petroleum) boom of the late 19th. century. I had not stayed at a bed and breakfast for a while, so I was expecting to have to rise at a certain time for breakfast. Instead, there was a delicious continental breakfast available whenever I decided to partake.」

「Property was convenient, quiet and pleasant. Staff were all nice and helpful. However, the main room light needed a new bulb, the desk chair had shredded seat covering and the window shade had a big tear in it. On Saturday morning, I let staff know about these things and they said they'd refer to maintenance. When I left on Wednesday, none of these issues had been addressed. So, nice place and pleasantly quiet even though near a highway, but shoddy maintenance.」
