"Pathethic experience. Hotel entrance road full of GIANT POTHOLES!! Lobby area full of mosquitoes !! Dinner experience at the hotel restaurant was a nightmare. Had a mosquito floating in my wife’s mocktail drink, we returned it and they still had the audacity to bill it !! The one appetizer we ordered took 52 minutes to prepare !! Our room bedsheet had big ant on checkout morning !! Which I showed the video proof !!ALSO IT TOOK OVER 4 hours and 3 phone calls to get ONE TOWEL since the room had ONLY ONE TOWEL !! Upon checkout when I mentioned all these above issues….ALL I GOT WAS..”We are very sorry”…..I WILL STRONGLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP that they call a Hotel !!"

"The area is not very nice to be in, its advantage is that it’s not far from the airport. The breakfast was not good. Maybe if you want Indian style every day it’s average. Dried up fruit, no fruit juice, only toast. Asked for Omlette but told no. Ok for one night. "

Not only did the room smell like an ashtray, when I sat at the desk to do some work, I noticed black bits clinging to my hands and forearms. When I then wiped the desk with a damp hand towel, the towel became black. "

"A fabulous hotel on the beach in a very lively area of Mumbai. The club was the best we have visited out of many hotels we have visited in mumbai. However the renovation works were noisy (although we were compensated for this). I would definitely stay here again after the renovations are finished."
