I enjoyed the stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food menu was good. Overall rooms were clean. Reception area was very tight , other than that we had a comfortable stay. Room service was good. Hotel was steps away from Khar station.

Good Hotel in hip area!

I stayed at Hotel Enclave for a week. All the service people were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with decent Indian Food. Had a comfy, clean room that was surprisingly mostly quiet being in the front The Khar station area is hip with several Bar/Restaurants all within easy walking distance. A Fun area.

Room was very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, desk, and excessive a/c with a separate shower compartment. Maria, who greeted me upon arrival and helped me find local services and send a parcel, was gracious and charming; Uma, who took my bags and made sure I was well taken care of is quite hospitable and good with people.

Doesn't live up to its high ratings

The breakfast was limited, the lifts were rickety, small and sometimes the buttons don't work. The rooms were ok, bath n toilet tiny. Location was a positive with quick access to sv road and linking road.

The plastic wrapper was still on the bed mattress. The toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. Service was good though! But you can’t advertise rooms as “luxury” with issues such as the above….
