「The general manager made the decision to have the carpets cleaned in every room the morning that I arrived. I was warned that the carpets were damp but this was a good thing as it indicated they were clean. The carpets were not clean but were very wet and the odor was horrible. I had to wear shoes the entire stay. I have made 4 attempts to reach the GM but he has not been on property and has not returned my calls. I was told that over 40 guest coomplained about the carpets.」

「This hotel is very old and definitely shows its age. Any updates were hurried and completed badly. The tv didn’t work, paint on the ceiling from the walls and next to no water pressure. The sheets, as my son said, felt like lying on sandpaper. If you want a place to sleep overnight and leave immediately it will do as a push. I’m not expecting much for the price, but even I felt overcharged. The staff were super nice and friendly, and working with what they have, they did good. I think this...

「For it to be such a new hotel in Fitzgerald. It did not meet my expectations. The air conditioner at the wall have mold all going around it. The parking lot looks like it's 25 years old and needs to be paid. The rooms look like they're not well kept. There's more observed but there's only so much I can say.」
