"Our room was very clean but a little tightly spaced with four beds. It was on 17th floor with partial haram view and no Kaaba view. Staff was very co-operative. No microwave in room. Elevators are very active. Hallways are clean. Directly connects to clock tower shopping mall. Walk to haram from our room door to haram entrance was 5 min or less depending on crowd. Breakfast buffet was very good. "
