「Alles perfekt」

「+: Location is in a safe and quiet area, and less than 10 minutes walking to the main entrance of old town. We are 6 persons and we get an apartment with balconies from where we can see the ancient wall of the old town. Staffs are very kind and helpful. -: Apartment equipments are a little old.」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「The hotel's staff is amazing, but at dinner time, they would benefit from extra waiters. We waited way too long for our table to be served. However, everyone at the hotel is giving their best, and I give them five stars for their service. We miss them already and will be back! Merci!」

「This hotel is located in a good location near the old town. The room is so small but clean. The breakfast is simple and is not worthy for the price. Anyway, the low price for stay should be ok for those travelers.」

「Lovely small and quiet hotel, just a few steps outside the city walls of old Carcassonne. Easy to get to from the airport by bus. We didn't have, or need a car. Friendly staff. Bar is open all day for hot/cold drinks and snacks. Only minor criticism of the room was that there was no fridge although to be fair, the room was quite small and there was not really space for one.」

「Gréât staff at the hotel. Special thanks to Brice. Wonderful view from room overlooking the chateau of Carcassonne. Location is good, can walk to the Chateau in 5 to 10 minutes. Short walk of 5 minutes to Place Carnot for restaurants. 」

「接待人員相當親切，環境整體亦相當乾淨舒適，僅浴室淋浴的水龍頭支撐架壞掉，沖洗時有點不方便，但不影響整體感受。若搭乘火車旅遊，蠻推薦此住宿，價格便宜且距離車站步行約5~10分鐘(視行李重量增減)，且退房後可寄放行李。另外，住宿點距離城堡較遠，可搭乘公車往返，但公車資訊無法用google map取得，可向接待人員諮詢進一步資訊。」
