「The room was very clean and nice. The space was very quiet. We didn’t realize this was not a hotel, but just a well-kept bedroom and bathroom within a large apartment, with several other rooms with a similar use. Other than a live person checking us in and someone taking care of breakfast, we didn’t ever see any staff there. If you are expecting a large hotel with staff onsite, this isn’t it. The breakfast was lacking and could be improved with some fresh fruit.」

「O check in foi muito confuso, eles pediram pra gente entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp para receber o número do quarto, entramos em contato e n obtivemos resposta. A sinalização é confusa dentro do edifício também, foi uma pessoa que nos ajudou e depois uma hospede italiana que nos ajudou a contactar um funcionário, se n fosse ela, não sei como seria. Inclusive, tivemos um problema com um chuveiro, mandamos mensagem pelo WhatsApp e eles não responderam, mas foram resolver. Então assim, o lugar é...
