「My family was put into a room with a HUGE stain on the carpet. Toilet had to be held down the entire time it was flushing. Outside was dirty. Very dissatisfied.」

「Did not like strong air freshener smell in the room. I have a sensitivity to all strong fragrances and had a pounding headache and congestion from this. Every thing else was amazing-」

「My room was on the ground floor. With the trees outside the window, the room was not very bright which was not a problem for me as I did not stay in the room during the day. The smell of the room or the towels was not particularly refreshing but still acceptable. 」
