「Overall hotel cleanliness and amenities were great things around the area but not exactly centrally located to activities or major sit down type restaurants. However front desk staff and the manager not very helpful often communicating misinformation the manager avoided contacting me after repeated calls I was never given his name always diverted by whomever answer the phone ultimately my issue was resolved without any of their assistance.」

「The room was dirty at check in. ( Arrived at 9:30 pm. ) although they cleaned it, we didn’t get into a clean room until 10:30 pm. Highly inconvenient after a very long day of travel.」
