「Hotel was nice, if a bit pricy. Line for coffee was long in the mornings and some of that staff were a bit dismissive.」

「We loved the night staff on the first floor. They were very hospitable and personable. The breakfast options were great and we enjoyed the lattes. Overall a great stay. However, the comforter pillows could be better. 」

「Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).」

「The Hotel is in a fairly good location, very walkable to shops and restaurants as well as to public transportation. Jasmine at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The room clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a pub in the side street my window pointed to but the noise level was not obnoxious thanks to good noise reducing windows. The contact with the hotel was easy, online check-in made arriving quick. Another plus… no need for a key as the entrance and room...

「If you’ve stayed at a Motel One in Europe before, then you know not to expect too much in terms of amenities. However, the room had everything we needed: a small fridge, iron, hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable and the room was bigger than expected; we were able to fit two large suitcases. Staff were very friendly and the location is great for transport, particularly if you’re planning on using the ferries. All in all a good experience.」
