"receptionest destiny extremely rude was on her phone. not rude to just me but another customer. gave me a room where ac didnt work was move to another room a smoking room where even the smoke detectors had bags covering them. wont stay here again after 7vyears this was our go to spot"

"Everything was great very comfortable the view was nice, it was quiet, breakfast was great! Shopping next door, the front desk wasnt very welcoming but it didn’t bother us she just looked pissed off and probably thought we were going to cancel but we didn’t. She can just be more smiley. I worked front desk before so I know how annoying it can be but I always smiled even on bad days. "

"Decent area but I spilled a little water and used the towel and the flow was extremely black like they didn't mop it and you could see swirls on the floor which is okay you get what you paid for but my white socks are black but it's a small place staff was nice just the cleanliness "
