「This B&B is in a very central part of Ortygia. The staff were super helpful and it it very much felt like a family run business. There gave us a lot of attention, and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but good. 」

「The Photorooms is an amazing accommodation! It’s very well situated—an easy walk to the main tourist hotspots, yet very quiet as it’s tucked into a residential area. There are many great restaurants nearby, and it’s also very close to the train station. The place is extremely clean and comfortable. Giovanni, the owner, is very considerate as well. Location of hotel is perfect for overlooking the bay and at night for cocktails at the rooftop lounge and restaurant. Hotel is well located for visiting Ortygia with many nearby restaurants and shops. 」

「Everything was great. Just a few recommendations, turn up the heat on the eggs and bacon in the buffet slightly cold. Also turn up the heat on the coffee. Front desk, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us set up multiple transports and made helpful recommendations.」

「Palazzo Del Sale is a gem. Giovanni was so welcoming and friendly, as were his staff and dog Gigi. At check in we were treated to a cappuchino before Giovanni helped us with our bags up to our room. The location of the hotel is perfect for easy walking around beautiful Ortigia. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and having the patio just outside our door an added bonus. I highly recommend the Palazzo Del Sale and look forward to visiting again. 」
