「This is a special place in a beautiful setting. While we used it as a base to explore the area, we made also made sure to relax in our beautiful courtyard and on premises. Our highlight was a cooking course with the two chefs, who were delightful and taught us a lot about Cretan cooking. The restaurant consistently produced high quality offerings for breakfast and dinner. We loved our stay here!」

「Friendly staff. Beautiful room. Private pool was fab. Not a “direct” view of the sea, but a great sea view regardless. Would stay again. Breakfast each morning was fabulous with many choices.」

「Summer Dream was the best hotel we could ask for. It was extremely modern, great view, and the town of Rethymno has a wonderful downtown area. If you go, I recommend Achinos, I believe it is spelled. The best food we had in Greece. Summer dream is also located next to many markets including SKYNKA, which is walking distance. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It was the best part of our trip in Crete. 」
