「It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. Parking at Batumi is a big problem and it's a good option. There are beautiful views from the breakfast room.

「Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center.
There is now elevator, but it's one floor of a long sweeping staircase with very deep steps. This meant it was very easy to carry luggage and my toddler up and down. Staff also let me...

「Sakin, temiz bir oteldi. Çalışanların Türkçe bilmesi işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Sorularımıza hemen dönüş ve çözüm sağlandı. Otoparklı olarak belirtilmesine rağmen kapalı bir otoparkı mevcut değil, araba park edecek yer sorduğumuzda otel önünden kendi araçlarını çekerek park etmemize imkan sağladılar. Asansörsüz olması dışında zorlayıcı bir durum yaşamadık. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.」
