「It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. 」

「Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center. 「Great apart-hotel..staff are helpful, rooms are big and spacious, location is convenient to walk almost everywhere, views are great if you take a higher room. Didn't try breakfast, so can't comment on that. Only downside is the wait time on elevators, other than that , overall a good stay, and would stay there again in future.」
