「On ne se gare pas devant l'hotel, qui au coeur du village, dans des rues étroites..; ce n'est pas un problème, le village est facilement accessible, mais encore faut il en être informé. Arrivé sur place, la personne qui nous a accueilli était peu avenante...pas mal aimable, mais peu chaleureux comparativement à la Grèce. 「My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.」

「On a adoré notre séjour. Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons. L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement. Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. Plage de sable comme piscine nous avons trouvés des transats à toute heure. Salle de sport propre et complète Piscine intérieure non...

「Alles perfekt. Wirklich schöne kleine Hotelanlage, tolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Das kretische Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen (uns hat sogar eine Portion mit einem extra Joghurt für 2 Personen gereicht). Wir kommen gerne wieder!」
