"I booked a double queen room. To save on occupant space not realizing it would cost more, because I didn't think to ask. The bathoom floor was soaked after plugging the bathtub drain to soak my feet. Julia was wonderful and cleaned it up for me. The event space in the PPG room was entirely too cold. ..."

"Rooms were being renovated, so old furniture was placed outside fir trash pick-up. Newly renovated rooms are simply fantastic. They're doing a great job. Morning breakfast was good. With excellent coffee."
