「Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also...

「Cute little cabin in a woodsy, layed back environment. Great value just a half hour train from Madrid. We enjoyed it as a weekend get away from the city. The cafe had good food and friendly service. The little store was convenient and staff was helpful. 」

「The place was just immaculate. The room was clean. It was easy to access. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. Our stay here for the weekend was great. It is a bit far from the main sites in Madrid but nothing an Uber couldn't handle.」

「Outstanding! I really feel at home at this apartment. It is very closeto supermarket and many restaurants. Easy to catch public transport. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The roomis very clean and everything is arranged thoughtfully. 」
