「We received a room upgrade! Staff was universally kind and polite and generous - they remembered that we brought our dogs here before and provided very nice dog beds and food bowls for them. Breakfast was, as always, delicious and elegant - perfect hollandaise on the benedict and very fresh fruit plate. We will be back.」

「The wine-drinking ceremony on the balcony was enjoyable, with a beautiful view of San Sebastian from a great angle. It also had a very quiet and peaceful environment. We got the chance to spend time alone together by the pool with my partner. The only problem is they don't provide parking. Because of this, you have to take a taxi to the parking area in the city center and back. They help with calling taxis. I definitely recommend it.」

「Perfect in everyway. Location right on the edge of the old town,facilities of free mini bar and readily available tea,coffee and hot chocolate from a drinks station was a nice touch. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. No keys just a code to gain access was a breathe of fresh air. Finally, when rained they provided umbrellas to venture out with. Would I book this place again? Absolutely YES. 」

「Mi estancia en este hotel fue agradable. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y con espacio suficiente para moverse con facilidad. El baño estaba en excelentes condiciones, con buena ventilación y artículos de aseo disponibles. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, cerca de transporte público, restaurantes y puntos de interés. En general, una excelente relación calidad precio.」
