「1, I stay 5 nights in this hotel. I have changed two rooms during this stay, one time it's upstairs the restaurant, the other time it's facing the other side of street ( which most of the rooms are facing the two streets) and both are loud at night, not only the weekends. Expect it to be quiet after 2am. If you sleep late it will not affect you. Also, if you wake up late in the morning, remember to put a "do not disturb" sign, because the cleaning lady comes to knock on your door at 9am. 2, I...

「Well worth the extra cost to get a Penthouse Terrace room with wide views across La Concha bay. Easy 5-10 minute stroll to the old town for unlimited Pintxos choices. Walkable the other way down the promenade to the funicular station and wind chime sculptures.」

「Fabulous stay, we had an accessible room which was well appointed with roll-under sinks, sliding doors and a shower chair. There are lifts throughout the building and a wheelchair lift to the parking area with a disabled bay. The staff were brilliant, really went the extra mile to make our stay lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for all guests but especially those with mobility issues/wheelchair users. San Sebastian is also surprisingly accessible and flat. Brilliant all round!」

「This is a super little hotel beside the Cathedral, really short walk to the old town, the beach, the river, and the bus station! Really stylish and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were given a welcome glass of cava and upgraded to a room with a balcony. We didn’t book the breakfast option, so not sure how good that is, but there is free water and soft drinks in the rooms. Lovely touches. 」

「飯店位子還不錯 去沙灘10分鐘 去舊城區吃飯也是10分鐘可以到 飯店早餐樣式比較不多 早餐供應的時間有點晚 但還算好吃也便宜 飯店沒有停車位 不過正對面有停車場 還算方便」
