「Our experience was terrible. The property owner never contacted us to let us know that the property was unavailable, even though our reservation had been confirmed. After driving more than two hours to reach our destination, exhausted from the trip, we were met with the shocking news that there was no accommodation available for us. As a result, we had to find and pay for a motel at the last minute just to have a place to sleep. This caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and wasted...

「I loved this small quaint hotel. It was not on a busy street. Therefore, noise was not an issue. The location was excellent because this hotel is near another hotel I normally like to reserve. It is near restaurants and shopping malls. It's in a safe area. The property is nice and gated and clean. There was an area to sit outside and talk throughout the night. The room was very clean and equipped with a television and Wi-Fi. I rate this small hotel 5 stars. Others should book it. I digress.」

「They need to provide a better way of getting to the rooms with low numbers. They can place a motorised wheelchair upstairs so the guests can get to the farther away rooms.」

「The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. However, the staff although they tries to help is with bad attitude. The so called inclusive breakfast is non existent. There is very limited parking and the hotel above the furniture store. Do not take the stairs you get up by the elevator.」
