「El lugar está muy bonito y muy limpio lo único que no me gustó fue la atención no hay personal que te brinden ningún tipo de servicio deben mejorar eso, cuando una persona va a un hotel la atención es lo más importante y eso es lo que le hace falta atención al cliente. Dar un buen servicio.」

「Wonderful and quiet place , we had noisy neighbors during our stay, a place that notices noises more than normal, you need own transportation to get in/out or beach due to steep street and terrain Wonderful breakfast overlooking the ocean」

「Everything was ok, except for the time I ordered a club sandwich with a lemonade as room service. I got bread tomatoes and mayonnaise , didn’t get the lemonade, I told the waiter and he said he would be back with it, but he never came.. had to wash it down with water..」

「This property is in extremely poor condition. The light switches and bulbs are not working. The windows have difficulty closing. The doors have difficulty locking, and the safes are not working. The property needs a major renovation. 」

「This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at on vacation. Such beautiful views with a clean and spacious pool, the AC and fan in the rooms were super helpful and the bathroom and room was clean. The staff were absolutely amazing and always ready to help me within the hotel and outside of it. Breakfast was lovely every morning and they provided extra if asked for. I am so grateful that I got to stay here for a well on vacation, I definately will come here again when i return to DR🇩🇴❤️」
