「I had to leave my hotel due to some problems and ended up in this hostel unexpectedly. I had no expectations, but it is clean, comfortable, and the staff are truly the nicest part of this place. 」

「It's a very nice and clean hostel. I'll stay here again when I travel to Madrid next time.」

「If you follow the link to Google maps it will direct you straight to the front entrance as could be a little difficult to find as literally in the middle of a big University Campus. Room was very spacious including kitchenette, table, desk and sofa. Plenty of parking just outside. Couldn't locate the self check-in but the desk was manned so ok. You collect a voucher in the morning for breakfast which is served in the canteen. 」

「The experience of living here is quite good. The hostel is close to Tribunal metro station and the shopping area of the city( around 5 minutes to the former and 10 to 20minutes walk for the latter). Staff were nice and helpful. However, Tribunal metro station are not fully accessible by elevators/escalators so people travel with big luggage should be aware of that.」

「The staff was okay, but the place was upstairs behind locked doors. My room was TINY: 7'6" across, and about 10' long. The bathroom had almost NO level spaces to put toiletries - only a small shelf above the sink. I ended up putting bathroom stuff on the very small (30" wide) desk. I disliked this place so much that I checked out the next morning for a better hotel. I ate most of the prepaid reservation, but it was worth it.」
