「非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。飯店的人員非常有禮貌，飯店的地理環境非常方便，前方就有一塊小海灘小朋友可以玩水，靠近老街可以逛。可能是飯店的位置靠近海邊，所以自來水的水質有一點不夠清澈，但是沒有其他大問題。」

「Excellent stay, Andrea goes above and beyond to welcome you. The info and PDF with links to local info, transport, places to eat etc., and directions to find him was great and really useful. Room had all you needed, fridge, kettle, comfy bed, washing line outside the window, which I didn't expect and really useful when you're interrailing for a month. Monterosso is fab, I will return and stay with Andrea again. Recommend 110%, even had a hug when we left after 3 nights. 」

「The hotel is located perfectly if you want to be in the middle of town. It overlooks the main strip and is right down the road from the train. Very convenient! The woman who checked us in was very nice and you get some discounts for the walking trail to Riomaggiore. The hotel is up a big hill fyi. At night it can get very loud due to people outside. Other than that it was a beautiful room and stay. 」

「This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced. Their customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given complimentary DELICIOUS snacks by the pool.
