"PARKING WAS SAFE"

"Our overnight stay a Philadelphia Suites was very good. However, there was one issue that caused me not to give our stay a 5. I was unable to take a shower in the morning because the water never got hot or even warm. The room phone was inoperable, and we had difficulty using the remote. Things like room cleanness, staff and kitchen and the breakfast was either excellent to very good."

"Room smelt like cigarettes and sex. The common areas reeked vomit and sweat. There was also what seemed to be remnants of bed bugs on one of the mattress. We also heard another customer complain of bed bugs. Elevator made us gag upon entrance. I am not exaggerating."

"This hotel was very professionally run, and the staff were extremely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a quiet room which I had requested, My five day stay was completely enjoyable. I do not have one complaint. I will continue to use this hotel and recommend in the future. If you’re going to be staying in the airport hotel area I would highly recommend Sonesta Select."

"When I first checked in the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and it was a very positive experience day two I had to go to the front desk to ask for a maintenance person after I had called and 45 minutes later there was no response. The people behind the counter were very short and abrupt. I ended up finding someone in the hallway and asking them for assistance. Then I went to go check out and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even look you in the eye and brushed you off the room. Myself was nice. It was clean however it had some serious plumbing issues. The toilet would not flush in the sink continued to back up."
