「Der Empfang im Hotel war leider sehr unfreundlich, was den ersten Eindruck deutlich getrübt hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, jedoch sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist noch ganz neu, was man an der modernen Ausstattung merkt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, allerdings nicht direkt am Hotel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die TV-Auswahl – inklusive Netflix – was wir als angenehm empfunden haben. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können es daher nicht...

「Beyond expectations. We were spoiled like a king and queen, along with our son. Sandra, the host/owner was beyond gracious. The top hotel staff in NYC couldn’t shine her shoes. Unexpectedly, the most delightful, classy, enjoyable time during our 8 day vacation. We will be back! Thank you Brook Manor!! 🇮🇪💚」

「We stayed here for a quick one night visit to Killarney. Location of this hotel is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Don’t plan on sleeping in a bit…. Housekeeping staff set up all cleaning carts and dirty laundry bags in the hallway and are talking loud to each other starting a little after 7am. Not considerate of sleeping guests. 」

「The hotel seems to have had a recent face-lift, so everything looks good. Location of this hotel is amazing, especially for folks on a relaxed trip. The restaurant staff were very good - attentive and quick to address any requests. The made to order breakfast was way more that we could do justice to & was served piping hot - a truly good meal. Based on my checkin experience, the check in staff seemed to be relatively new to their work. They did not know where my room was and asked me room...
