The service in the bar and the restaurant was extremely slow . Food was good but wait staff did not look after their tables. English was a second language and although staff were polite they did not always understand what was being ordered or requested. It’s a lovely location and rooms were comfortable.

This small hotel is a few minutes away from the bustle of Killarney, and it is quiet and well-maintained. The desk clerk was very helpful at check-in. The restaurant requires reservations, but the small pub has a good variety of excellent choices for dinner. Breakfast is very good, with a variety of options available. Our room was spacious and clean, and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was beautifully appointed, the bathroom as well, all very clean and the staff were friendly. The scenery, their gardens, the ruins an neighbourhood farms all made it even more charming. The breakfast was delicious. Would love to come back and stay again!

I did not eat breakfast or dinner here (choosing to opt for small local cafe's and pubs) but the hotel was perfect for what I needed. It was picturesque and secluded. There was ample parking and the views at night and in the morning were stunning. My only complaint is that I wish the walls or doors were a little more sound proof as people were returning around midnight and woke me up. But I would definitly stay here again!
