「The check-in staff (forgot his name - male) was courteous, helpful and attentive. I appreciated the call a few minutes after we entered the room... asking if the room was to our liking. The other staff were pleasant and friendly as well.」

「Liked our room as usual. Lady who checked us in was very accomodating. Mini fridge might be going downhill as it didnt get very cold. Floor needs sanded and polished but i know what an undertaking that is, so remember to bring house shoes (slippers with good bottoms.) 」

「The checkin staff was very friendly but the hotel facility lacks an elevator. We are traveling with frozen items in a portable plug in freezer and it is not light. It has wheels so I expected to be able to roll th freezer into the elevator and into our room. Our king room was on the 2nd floor so we had to give up our.king room and stay in a double room. I never would have booked this hotel if I knew there was no elevator. Please update your listing Expedia!」
